A familiar photo

The photo used for the cover of The Beatles No. 1 was taken by photographer Angus McBean, and was an outtake from the same sessions that produced the photo used on the Beatles’ debut album Please Please Me and, later, the compilations 1962-1966 and 1967-1970.
